Lost weight so happy although I should stop watching the scales on a daily basis however I am so used to it now it is a habit. I have upped my calories now and having 500 more per day than I used to. I am literally having to eat almonds just to make up my calories as they are the healthiest food that achieves my goals of upping calories together with fibre and protein. Will see how it goes.
