Today seemed a little difficult with the eating part of the dieting. I excercised for an hour so that was good but after work I just wanted to gorge myself with food. It doesn't sound very appetizing when you put it that way.

Hey ringnut just remember the end resault. When you feel like "gorging" yourself go have a nice bubble bath, look at pistures of your wedding dress, eat a piece of cheese - that usually subsides my hunger. Good Luck!!

Also, if you drink lots of water during the day, that will help you feel less ravenous. Coffee and tea work, too! You can do it. :)
