When I lived in California, we had a huge tomato garden in the backyard, everyday we would pick 40-50 tomatoes. I ate so many tomato sandwiches one would think I would be sick of them, but to me, there is nothing better than a cold tomato with mayo salt and pepper. I love it!! Enjoy!!

I've made BLT stuffed tomatoes when I'm craving a BLT. I scoop out the cherry tomatoes and then mix shredded lettuce & spinach and the tomato guts with yogurt & mayo then fill the tomatoes back up. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and I'm in heaven. My husband was jealous that all he got was a stupid sandwich!

Sometimes I take a slice of tomato and spread a lil mayo on it and I’m good. Otherwise I’ll use 40 calorie a slice extra thin bread by Pepperidge Farm. That would be a meal for me for weight loss. I got so used to the extra thin bread that when I made a sandwich with regular bread I grossed out. Couldn’t taste anything on the sandwich cept bread....
