I'm finding routine is helping me a lot. I know, more or less, when I'm going to eat each day, and what I'm going to eat, and I don't have to think about it too much. It does mean that I eat the same things over and over again, but I've been dealing with that by having variety in each meal. Also, I can switch out "components" - brussels sprouts and carrots can become broccoli and red peppers, for example.

The downside is that I'm eating more processed food than I would like, and it's showing up in a fairly high sodium intake. I'm not overly bothered by that for the time being, as my blood pressure seems to be OK, and I'm sure I'm eating less sodium than when I wasn't logging at all! Also, when I can I prepare large batches of food that I can incorporate into my daily meals - that helps too.

Managing to hit my macro goals, with the help of a protein shake and eating lots-o-meat.

I'd added walking to my daily routine, and was up to about 6-7 km / day, but over the last couple of days I've been getting little twinges in my knee, so I'll take a break from the walking for a couple of days, then ease back into it.

I'd love to be biking, but I have tendinitis in my wrist that just won't go away!

All in all, I'm feeling good about how things are going. Thanks everyone who is posting about their progress - I find it so helpful, and inspiring!
