Gaining this weight is ok. I'm ok.
Even if 5lbs of it is fat I gained...that's ok. I accept it. I made that decision to eat that food and it doesn't define me and it doesn't mean my journey is over or that I can't do it.
I fact, I know more so than ever that I can and will do this.
This time I'm determined. I've decided that I'm DONE WITH BEING FAT...and I'm the type that when I'm done with something. I'm done. I just wake up one day and say "DONE!" and that's it!!!! Kind of like how I quit drinking!!!! (7 months now BTW)
I will see ONEderland by my birthday - October 15th. That will be my birthday present to myself.

You know what, I just looked at your progress pics. Everyone can get healthier but YOU are already beautiful and have the genetics to be a complete utter knockout from head to toe. I scrolled through some of your journal entries and I wonder if you would consider resistance training? It really calms the mind and puts you in control of serious change that can come quickly. If you are not already trying a ketogenic diet (I can't tell if you are under 20 carbs) that can zap your appetite & really naturally raise your willpower which you seem to be battling with. Anyway, you are doing great! Keep it up! 😊❤️
