I haven't lost any weight yet this week. I know that week 2 means that I will be lucky to loose one pound but I was still hoping for more. I know this is usual and I am stalled at a place I tend to stall at, but am worried that this is my celiac body holding on to everything. I am still in ketosis but only slightly. I tried upping my cals yesterday and giving up the wine . Today I will try nothing with added sweetner and some exercise. I have allergies and sensitivities to a lot of food items such as tree nuts, flax, most fruits and veggies so doing the veggies is difficult. I wish I was on fatsecret right from the beginning so that I had food journals to compare to from last week. onward...
