Stayed the course with food and drinks today. My usual lunch at home was a special treat, light ice cream. Dinner was delicious: grilled chicken, corn, and cauliflower rice. I added both margarine as well as butter 😂🤷🏻♀️ kept a calorie deficit, and I felt satisfied all day. I’m practicing not overeating, even if I’m under in calories. That’s a life long habit, eating until uncomfortable. Turns out, not everyone does that! But for me, I have to consciously put down the fork. And, if that means leaving food on my plate, I’ll be completely honest, it bothers the heck out of me. But, first world probs, I have to get over it. Besides, my lab eats most of my leftovers with joy. Sandblasted for 10 hours today, and so I’ll gladly go to bed at 7! 😊💪🏻🚢
