I'm supposed to be at 73kg by the end of htis week. This is going to be really really difficult since i've screwed up a bit lately. If i could empty out my high glycogen stocks doing exercise, i might be able to get back in control but to be honest, i'm not feeling very energetic when i have the chance like today. The main thing is not to give up and not to make it worse.
I"m a little hungry right now and not that sleepy so i need ot get something fairly sane to eat to avoid doing what i did last night. I've got some lentils cooked there. Maybe i will have those.
