I need to boost my protein, whey wasn't agreeing,so I tried this today blended up w/1/2 cup of macadamia milk & ice. Pleasantly surprised. Tasted pretty good. The macro combo was like a snack replacement:

115 cal, 15.5g pro, 3g NetC, 2.5 fiber, 4.5g fa
