The heat is kinda temporarily zapping my desire to lift weights. I've got plenty of energy for long walks in the morning and evening but my sleep quality is totally off from all the temperature fluxuation. Also the gym is way too warm inside blech.

Agreed. I walked this morning in the heat and felt disgusting. But then, I’m a real wimp about heat and humidity.

Summer heat in Arizona. I see people biking in this heat. I don't know how they do it.

I love the heat - but there again I'm in a wheelchair when I go out - and it can get darn cold 'sitting out' in cold weather.
