Slow and steady wins the race! In the past I've been able to lose a lot of weight really fast, but I always gained it back with extra. Losing weight slowly is a different approach for me and it is working much better than I imagined. I admit I get impatient, but that's the old me wanting instant results. Future me is keeping me focused on one small step at a time.
