I went to the doctor and I received my numbers. The doctor said the improvement was "huge". I am content. He was pleased with all my numbers. The doctor clarified that I had the pnuemonia shot and the flu shot in november 2016, so I am going to request the shingles shot in the future. The doctor is going to refer me to sleep study to check on my sleep apnea. The only plan I have is to lose more weight and exercise. 🇨🇦
