Left yesterday riding in our van cross country on a 13 hour drive to Iowa to visit mother-in-law. My calorie count was near double what I should eat. Eating some Hawaiian loaf bread (to clean out the fridge for the trip) as PB&J sandwiches so I ate 4 slices yesterday, plus a small DQ blizzard which were the highest calorie items I ate yesterday.
This morning (after weighing) I finished the last 2 slices of Hawaiian loaf bread as my PB&J sandwich and then had Popeye's original chicken breast for lunch and two of the wings for dinner. Did not have a biscuit though. I am over what I should have for the daily calorie amount for today.
I will be careful of what I eat during the rest of the time in Iowa. I had brought some Jenny Craig snacks, bars, and shakes; and Atkins shakes and some bars to eat as meals for the week. I'll see how my weight is next week.
