Went river tubing this past weekend. Amazing fun and what a workout for your abs and biceps!

Started Week 1 - Back to Classics. Love the new P90x workout sheets.

Booked Mountain trip with Christine, Allen, and Allen. 8 mile trek down/up Dismal Trail in early October. This is what I agreed to do with her since I don't really enjoy marathons. Would be fine if it were just the two of us. ;0)

Week 3 of the demanding/crazy work week --- the series continues.

Next 'vacation' is in OHIO next month. Plus back to the river to tube again next month.
