I went to the grocery store last night - first trip since getting progressive bifocals. It was awful - the aisles either side of me were all blurry and made me a little nauseous. Couldn't wait to leave there! But still managed to spend $57 before I left. I had to stock up on the things I had stopped eating...the good for you stuff.

Today did Kenpo X - apparently I have done something to a nerve ending or something - my right ring and pinkie finger have a sensation of tingling today. Figure it will work itself out.

Day 2 of the P90x nutritional guide. This morning before workout - I weighed in at 205. Better - much better. Official weigh in is Friday morning. Will see how much better I can get it before then.
