I just bought GHEE, COCONUT OIL & TAHINI PASTE to try to get different fats and rid myself of margarine. It is the GMOs in the margarine spreads that I want to no longer use (canola oil etc.). I will alternate between olive oil and these new items. I want to watch my numbers A1C and see if my cholesterol levels go up or not? Tonight I used 1 tbsp of coconut oil to cook the sausages. It was good.
