I was afeared I had gained back a lot of weight, while offshore for 21 days. The sweets and rich food are tough to avoid on a rig. Seems only about two pounds were picked up. The last week of watching carbs and minimal sinning have gotten me back down, and on track. Now to break below 160 again, and get closer to optimal weight.
