OK, so I had some M&Ms today ... yeah, what about it? (LOL) Seriously, I needed something sweet cause I actually felt my sugar bottom out shortly after lunch and then the shakes began. Anyway, I gotta say that looking at the progress I could not be happier! Off to church and well -- getting ready for some more running tomorrow morning!!
