Still hovering around the same weight..digestion is doing a little better now though, all the water and fruit helped. Hopefully soon I will see another drop! I am going to work out a bunch today!

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 February 2008:
1461 kcal Fat: 21.87g | Prot: 79.70g | Carb: 241.87g.   Breakfast: Thomas mini squares Bagelbread , 1/2 tbs sugar free maple syrup, egg white, egg, coffee, special dark cocoa powder. Lunch: whipped peanut butter mixture,2 Tbs, Special K red berries, skim milk, Fiber one cereal, 1/2 cup, Honey Bunches of Oats with peaches. Dinner: 1/4 cup onion, reduced fat turkey pepperoni, Fat Free turkey, banana peppers, 10 peices, tomatoes, lettuce, Kraft Handi-snacks sugar free pudding, whipped peanut butter mixture,2 Tbs, homemade Practically fat free brownies. Snacks/Other: california navel orange, batter l licked off my finger, LOL!!!, raw brocolli, Lifesavers Sherbet, 3 Musketeers Minis, carrot, celery. more...

I'm glad you're feeling better!! Water is awesome, and fruit is great too :) - I need to go buy some today :-p. I'm hovering too :-/ It's why I haven't weighed in yet. I Keep forgetting to weigh before I eat lol. I'll be hitting the gym after my class :-D! Have fun!
