I had to force myself to do a workout this evening. After the mentally and physically exhausting day, I just wanted to crash. But I made myself get on the treadmill. Told myself to just get a run in, better than nothing. Started to run at 5.0 but couldn't do it tonite. So I slowed to a fast walk. Decided I was being a wimp and made myself slow jog at 4.4. Made it the 15 min. Afterward, I decided to push thru and do my heavy weights again. Focused on upper body and abs today. I was wrung out by the time I finished, but glad I did it. Sometimes you just gotta do it, even if you don't feel like it. It really helped with some of the stress too. Kept me from munching on junk, too. Tomorrow is another day, praying it's better!

Getting up and making the gym happen even after all the [bleep] that happened in your day is a HUGE WIN! Great job pushing though. I need to get back in that mind set as well.

You should've heard the argument going back and forth in my head, lol! I literally have to talk myself into it some days. I never regret having pushed thru and doing it. The muscles that are firming up give me incentive to keep going.
