Lately I've been a little stressed see that blue line, the maintenance scares me, as you can see in my profile I'm losing a weight that I had already lost last year, so from today I'll be eating 1500 during the weekdays and 1700 calories on weekends and I will also stop weighing myself daily, my next weigh in will be in a month: June 15th. I already feel very good with my weight, I feel beautiful with clothes on, but I do not want to stay here, my new goal is to find my 6-pack, I am willing to do whatever it takes me to achieve my goal , months, years, my whole life, I will work daily on it.

Same. Getting rid of that last bit of excess fat is harder than I expected. Muscle building has always been a struggle for me, but that problem vanished when I removed plant foods from my diet. Exercise feels good now, and it give me a more positive outlook.

What others said.. at this stage you are not doing any thing different. Sure the details are changing but you are still have a plan, you are still going to be mindful of your choices to keep them within the frame work of your plan, you are still going to work everyday to get to where you want to be. Nothing at all different than the things that brought you to the point where you are today. The goal has changes so the perception is things are different thus stress at the differences is natural, BUT nothing has really changed at all. You have got this!

My kids max out on protein! Lots and lots of skinless broiled chicken breasts, eggs and plain egg whites, protein powders, protein shakes, (Adkins meal) protein bars...AND it really does work! 1g protein/1lb of your weight/day
I've begun to do the same with lots of veggies and just bare minimum fiber oatmeal carbs per day. It works great. I never feel famished, no big sugar cravings and the full feeling after meals is just right!! Check it out!

Oh p.s.
For prepping for maintenance, charge your metabolism with spices- take natural capsules supplements like turmeric (curcumin), peppers like red Cayenne, black, cinnamon, and green tea with fat fighting properties. All this combined has been helping me tremendously and I feel mentally and physically great too!
Now I just need to Move...heehee
