Downside of eating alot of protein....you miss out on the fiber. Last night I succumbed to my cravings, which consisted of Special K low fat granola (is there really such a thing as LOWFAT GRANOLA? Hardly.) and whole milk. And it was oh so good!!!

Struggled getting up this morning...up at 5:15am - and then back to sleep on the floor until 6am! Such a slacker this morning! Core Synergetics - pushups until my right wrist said enough. Dreya Roll - still doing 5 - and still haven't mastered getting back up on my feet without a scramble. Skipped the breaks. I've found I'm enjoying the dvds with cues and music - makes me rely more on myself to keep up with the counting. Which is a good thing. Just wish on Yoga X I had the option to do that, but guess the moves happen so fast there would be no way. So I tend to zone on during the exercises.

DHEC inspector came by this morning - met our dog - and found 2 mini blinds have lead in them. They are gone now. Will be replacing today. Thanking Jesus that we didn't have to replace all of them. Now we are holding out for the lead test on the water. Hopefully that will come back good.

Breakfast in the car this morning. George is here too. awesome.
