So I accidentally underage yesterday.... ughhhh!.. But I guess that means I can eat more today 😉 had Panda Express. I know it’s not the healthiest thing, and it didn’t sit the best but I feel fine now so that’s a relief! I may need to lower my fats just a bit for a few day or go off wheat for a week because yesterday and today I’ve had some abdominal pain from eating.. we shall see
