The scale is still stuck for the last three weeks. Moving up and down in a two pound range. I am sick of this. I have decided to go back to induction for two weeks...doing it clean, and then work on being at 25 g/day of net carbs. I have been creeping up to 35 or 40 grams a day, and apparently it is too high for me to lose any weight.

When I went through induction the last time I made a few errors. This time I will try to do it absolutely by the book. My percent body fat, as calculated by my scale is going down. But the weight is not, and I guess I am being a little fixated on that right now. I want the number edging downward.

My calories have been about 500 to 700 below my RDI, and there has been a good differential between calories consumed versus calories burned. It is the old thing about if you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting. I started Atkins after a six week plateau on my more traditional diet, and at first it worked. So I need to move backwards a bit and see if I can get things to move again.
