Went out on my bike this morning. There are a few hills that just KILL ME!!!!! I do enjoy it though. I live in such a beautiful area of New Jersey (the Northwestern corner). I road 11 hilly miles. It was a bit chilly but I warmed up quickly from the rolling hills.
When I was done though, I had that ammonia smell again which means I am working too hard....ugh....I need to stay at 65% of my resting heart rate but it is hard when you are road biking.
