Okay, so my calories have been crazy high today. But I'm preparing for my 5k tomorrow, did pure cardio and cardio abs insanity workout, and worked at my family's restaurant today for like 6 hours. Although I ate a lot, my expended calories was really high so my deficit is about the same.

I hope I'll be able to make it to the finish line tomorrow before they close up. I'm pretty sure I can't run it all the way through, but I want to walk/jog my way to the end.

Since my fit test and measurements for the Insanity program is on Monday, I have decided that I will NOT look at my weight until then. I'm hoping all this exercise while eating pretty healthy (no fast food!) will show up either in inches or in pounds on Monday...
