No, they are coconut flour pancakes. The recipe makes 8 nice pancakes with 1 carb and just under 100 calories each. I usually share one batch worth hubs.

dumb question... I love pancakes, cant do many carbs and don't like coconut... does coconut flour taste a lot like coconut ?

@Vmartens14 I hate coconut in general but I use the flour in Los of stuff. It smells like coconut but doesn't taste like it at all.

@MillaLite, I have seen the cream cheese & egg pancake recipe, but haven't tried it. I love crepes, so I might give that a shot too. This was dinner tonight for me and hubs. the pancakes are not thick, but they aren't crepe like either. I love these and we've made them several times now.

@MillaLite, I ended my eating today at just under 30 carbs! Yay! I'm getting there. I was averaging 70-80 a day (still a vast improvement) when I started this WOE, but I'm slowly whittling that down as I find new recipes :-).

These are FAST becoming a favorite. My previously non-dieting hubs even asked for these for dinner the other night. They are so easy and sooooo delicious! With recipes like this, I don't worry that I might cheat. Don't need to!
