Ayam Nanas Tumis

Tumisan Ayam dengan nanas dan aneka rempah.

Directions

  1. Potong cincang halus bawang putih dan jahe.
  2. Masukkan kecap manis/soy sauce, bubuk paprika, jus nanas, gula coklat/pasir, minyak wijen/sesame oil dan potongan ayam ke dalam mangkuk dan juga hasil potong cincang bawang putih dan jahe, kemudian ungkep semalam untuk hasil terbaik.
  3. Potong kecil nanas dan paprika merah.
  4. Panaskan wajan dengan minyak wijen/sesame oil.
  5. Masukkan paprika merah/kuning ke dalam wajan. Panaskan dengan api kecil hingga 3 menit.
  6. Masukkan ayam yang telah diungkep dengan menggunakan sumpit. Pinggirkan paprika hingga membentuk lingkaran kemudian masukkan ayam ke tengah-tengah wajan.
  7. Setelah semua ayam masuk, panaskan sebentar, lalu masukkan sisa bumbu mangkuk ke dalam wajan.
  8. Tumis hingga bumbu mengental. Jika bumbu terlalu sedikit, boleh tambahkan air. Jangan sampai bumbu hilang kentalnya.
