Tumisan Ayam dengan nanas dan aneka rempah.

Directions
- Potong cincang halus bawang putih dan jahe.
- Masukkan kecap manis/soy sauce, bubuk paprika, jus nanas, gula coklat/pasir, minyak wijen/sesame oil dan potongan ayam ke dalam mangkuk dan juga hasil potong cincang bawang putih dan jahe, kemudian ungkep semalam untuk hasil terbaik.
- Potong kecil nanas dan paprika merah.
- Panaskan wajan dengan minyak wijen/sesame oil.
- Masukkan paprika merah/kuning ke dalam wajan. Panaskan dengan api kecil hingga 3 menit.
- Masukkan ayam yang telah diungkep dengan menggunakan sumpit. Pinggirkan paprika hingga membentuk lingkaran kemudian masukkan ayam ke tengah-tengah wajan.
- Setelah semua ayam masuk, panaskan sebentar, lalu masukkan sisa bumbu mangkuk ke dalam wajan.
- Tumis hingga bumbu mengental. Jika bumbu terlalu sedikit, boleh tambahkan air. Jangan sampai bumbu hilang kentalnya.
