Forgot to check in this morning (I think). Swelling down by another pound - hooray! Pretty bad pain night last night, but I managed to get through on Tylenol, one Tizanidine, and Voltaren gel. In addition to on top of my knee, it has been hurting behind my knee. Physical Therapist massaged those muscles today, and suggested I use heat on the back but still ice on the front. So excited that I was able to do all but ONE of my exercises without assistance. I also walked down and up the house stairs with the therapist today, using a cane. But, I walked down frontwards, not sideways as I have had to do for as long as I can remember. Making progress! Today is high calorie day! Husband wanted Pub-Style Cod and Baked Potato, which also involves tartar sauce, ranch dressing, bacon, and cheese! Almost 1,000 calories just for lunch. I think he’s making spaghetti for 2m0.
