Had a bit of a scare last night. I woke up at 12am, out of breath, with severe heartburn (which I NEVER have). I was afraid I might be having a heart attack or something. It was SO bad that I wouldn't even drink my Diet Coke, because it felt like I was drinking carbonated acid. I actually drank a whole 8-oz bottle of water (last one was on January 1st). I found a Prilosec of my husbands and took that. I was up until until I could go back to sleep at 3am. When I woke up at 6, I was feeling all better, PTL!
Weight is still inching upward. I don't THINK I would let myself get up to 260. I think that by the time I get there, I will be ready to do something to reverse things.
Signing up for the community pool for this summer. We HAVE a 52" deep x 22' diameter round above-ground pool, which we'll still need to open and maintain. But, with the big pool, the kids will be able to use the diving board and get used to swimming in deep water. My brother drowned when he was 11, so I've always made sure my kids and grandkids know how to swim!
