Too much alcohol and good food over the weekend! Discipline and determination disappear on Fridays, and come back on Monday mornings!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekend eating used to be a problem for me, compared with the rest of the week. I had to remember it’s not necessary to follow your weekday plan, but you do need a plan.

Weekends are hard for me so I make Mondays my weigh in day...although every day has seemed hard this month!
