I've seen how you move around with the calories--high days and low days and it has helped me realize that the averages count more than any particular day! duh! You are strong and slender looking. If you lose more weight great, but if not you're already fantastic. Cheers!

Awesome update, DP! So excited for all your progress and plans for September. 💪🏻💖 Come over to my place on your sedentary days for some toddler chasing. I don’t know the exact number, but I believe it burns about 7,000 cals per hour. Also, the little gremlins won’t let you eat here. Super effective stuff. 😬👌🏻

The absolutely most fantastic numbers there... The 26/31 days of lifting for an hour!!! That is so much commitment! Girl, 😁 what an accomplishment! ❤️ Also, maybe it is just routine to you, but tracking every bite is something I have NEVER done a whole week let alone a whole month, and I know it is what you always do. I'm going to do better! Here's to a great September!!!
