Had some overeating days last weekend but gained control. Did not record much for food as it would have been easier to weigh the fridge before and after. Got up to 111.4 but back to 108.2 now so not bad.
I think the overeating was caused by teaching my daughter how to bake bread. Even if I did not eat the bread the smells got to me. Have to think about how to manage this but she is moving out at the end of the month so our food adventures will be over then.

Sounds like some good times, but you didn't eat any of the bread... 😔 I know it doesn't fit your woe, I guess it was a good choice for you. Sounds like perfect "maintaining" to me. The squiggly line that is life! 💙

Aww sweet little sugar free Liv, I’ve definitely been there. Hubby brings fresh baked bakery bread home from work every day now, so I’ve replaced my morning eggs with loaded toast. It’s so easy to lose control when there’s a fresh baguette in the kitchen looking right at me! 🥖😅 But you know what to do. Just consider it as time well spent because you were teaching your precious daughter how to cook and bake. I don’t know a better way to bond than that. 💖You are already back on track, so stay strong and stay awesome. 💪🏻

Although I don't think it is healthy for me to try to always control everything those hungers that make me overeat causes me some worries. There is such a thin line between being in control and just letting it go. I appreciate you guys being here.

Great job on maintaining your will power. Fresh bread would definitely be a will power breaker on my part
