Day 3 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yeah yesterday I broke down and decided to “eat”. I had a can of soup.
This *got me going* and I ended up eating 700 calories of crackers and peanut butter 😒
Today will be the test if I can work from home, and deal with the stress of *everyone* I know except me losing their jobs! And stick to my normal diet (sigh)
😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

@liv001 - Yes! "Tying times". I really have nothing to complain about. I have a job. I am not sick (or I don't think so). Please take care of yourself!

@liv001 - Glad to hear you are doing good. I think I am 'mentally' better today. I think I will be able to get back on the diet...

Good luck with it Adef! I know changes can throw us for a loop. Make a list of what is staying the same, and maintain regular work related correspondence. Adherence to a schedule is great but not as easy as it sounds, so be prepared to work hard on that. You are very self aware and know your triggers, etc.; take advantage of that knowledge. Maintain discipline for two weeks straight and you will be “in the groove“. And have fun with it! Take advantage of non-interfering freedoms, like music or similar. You will do great, I’m sure!

I tend to over eat crackers - either with peanut butter or just butter. But I like having them in the house because they are good if I have an upset stomach. It would have been better for you if you had crumbled the crackers into the soup! I've started buying oyster crackers, they taste the same as Saltines but you can't put peanut butter on them!

@Fritzy 22 - Ha! Yes oyster crackers are wayy too small for peanut butter :)
