Yeah Keyten I felt the same. I drove to corona worked 6 hrs at the office, was kinda tired and wanted to make excuses of why I did not wanted to go to the gym. But all the messages of healthy lifestyle motivated me to go! We keep each other motivated 💕💕💕

Thank u girls! I learn so much from all my friends at fs and it helps me stay inspired or in this case it helped me get reenergized! The hip hurts less today so going to gym and doing stretches I learned on fs was the right thing to do!👍💜💪
