Thanks raeofsnshyne and mrsroboto 💕 rae, your poor niece😔, that’s juvenile RA and it’s just painful and their life is set up for RA forever😔 I just don’t want to start methotrexate 😩 it lowers the immune system more then the plaquenil I’m on and with my severe asthma and working in medicine I worry about it. It’s fine. It’s not my absolute worse flare that I’m in bed, but it is painful and I’m exhausted and these autoimmune issues come in 2’s or 3’s. It’s life. I’m good friends 💚☀️.

I have lupus and fibromyalgia not eating is bad. You need complete proteins daily and antioxidants. I have been off meds for over 15 years. Also cardiovascular exercise is best anti inflammatory

Strength training also helps. I have mild fibro and it will flare sometimes with strong weather fronts and never lasts long. Tonight has been a tough one for me also, resorted to pain meds to ease it up so I can sleep tonight neither yoga or walking helped ease it. I'm sure tomorrow will be fine as this cold front will have settled in.

mustangny, I’m sorry you go through that. I have GNC protein in my coffee 5-7 days every morning 💕 I eat really healthy. I take turmeric supplements every morning with vitamin B complex and vitamin C. I put turmeric in my coffee and cinnamon and cook with both. I just really don’t feel well. Believe me, these are like my favorite meals, Mediterranean, love my lamb and turkey and I eat realistically. I kinda lost my appetite last week, stress. But I used to eat my feelings. And now I’m in a flare and I feel terrible, but I’m still ticking😊😊 believe me, I’m the first one to say to people if they are trying IF, please eat if you’re stomach is eating your back. It should never be that uncomfortable.

Thanks wholefoodnut . This is why I like yoga and walks and squats, if my knees allow it or I’m not fatigued. I couldn’t do anything past my being a mom, school, tests, laundry, sweeping, wifing which I was really irritable and as my husband works hard. It took me forever to start dinner because I felt so sick to my stomach and I hurt. I’m too nauseous for my Soma and don’t want to take ibuprofen because of how much I took before my hysterectomy as well as Tylenol and not really having food on board. I’m going to take a melatonin and a .25 Xanax and try to sleep. Thanks for the support friends. I’m glad Court and Beccposted exercises for all of us with some sort of health deficit.
