What's up? Have you been working out harder and the fat loss is being hidden by water?

My theory is pretty long. I think my average intake for the last couple weeks of June was a good bit lower than now, I went on vacation where my intake was higher and my activity took a nosedive but I lost the water weight from the sore muscles since they had a 3 day break. Now I am pushing my intake to 3k since I have decided against a huge deficit. I'm just moving up to a new baseline with the extra food and sore muscles. I'll stop gaining slowly in a couple days and begin to drop slowly again.

I forgot to mention, since I dropped the water from the sore muscles, ate more and moved less that fact that my weight remained stable means I may have gained fat from the vacation that was masked by the water weight drop. Long story short, I regained some lean body mass and maybe some fat and will begin to lose again soon. I have steadily looked better in the last week despite the gain which makes me believe it's a good gain.

I am worried. Been on vaca for 5 weeks now in our RV n Im losing muscle tone quickly. It pisses me off that it takes so long to build n such a short time to lose muscle mass. Legs are fine as we hike almost everyday but arms are not good..am still losing weight as Im counting macros now, not doing high protien, low carb, etc. just getting flabby. Will be home n will resume exercise/diet regiment but until then, no pictures of me sleeveless! lol
Any advice to jumpstart my muscles ?( I had good intentions to exercise everyday but didnt happen..lol)

Stop and pick up a couple of weights at the GoodWill or Salvation and set up your one routine on the road.

Once you've had the muscle before, it comes back quickly. Don't worry about it.

^^this^^ if you had it, you'll re-train and it will come back.
