From this morning. Almost forgot to log my weight again. I’m glad I didn’t forget to step on the scale this morning. I had such a horrible freakin day. All I thought about on the way home was “screw it!” Just wanted to ruin my diet. Knowing that I’m progressing, helped me cry it out without the chocolate.

Weighing every day is an emtional roller coaster, the best thing I ever did was set one day a week. Just stick too it and that one day a week will be worth it.
