If I eat more or less normally, once a week. Eating abnormally, daily. I don’t take a scale with me or eat normally out of town, just deal with it when I get home.

Every day. I can catch a weight gain pretty quickly that way and take an action.

I weigh myself daily but I only record my weight on Monday mornings. The daily weigh ins keep me motivated and honest for the day. The weekly recording gives me a more consistent view of my loss over time and helps ensure I don't get depressed by the inevitable plateaus and increases.

Once a week but if I think I’ve messed up I’ll weigh myself constantly until I’m back on track.

I weigh daily, and I record it daily in my log, but since I have nearly a year's worth of data to look back at, I see that there are ups and downs all the time. The only weight that matters is once a week and even that can be "up" on occasion if the weekend was a big one. Over the past 10 months, I've learned not to fret, just document and record. I've had times where I weighed within 1 lb for over 3 weeks. It just jumped all around that 1 lb. But I adjusted my intake for a couple of days and BOOM... all better and back on the decline.

Every morning after I go to the bathroom but before I start the day, my weight fluctuates 5 lbs or so, even daily, but less so since I started taking flax oil daily, 1 - 2 tsp.

There is nothing fun about getting on a scale when you butt is as big as mine. I can get excessive about it if I’m not cared though.

In morning because then you take lowest for the week and that is your true weight.
