I was hoping I could make the 70 lb mark by the end of the year. Just one pound short. 😒
205.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awww thanks for all the lovely (and funny) responses. For the person who said “chug water, go pee and then weigh”, my hubs suggested laxatives?😖😂 69 lbs is a lot to have lost and I’m proud of doing it, and in 7 months. I just wanted to make an easy 70. Happy New Years y’all!!😘

Thank you y’all again for the words of encouragement! I have about 30 lbs to lose. More really but I can live with 30. I wonder if I should get on Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig?🤔 Any thoughts?

I’m not a big fan of buying packaged food when non processed food is SO much healthier for you. 🤷🏻‍♀️If you are just dieting to be thinner, I guess? But if you want to be thinner to be healthier, then changing your WOE and cooking is the only real way for permanent change. Don’t get me wrong, I still fill in meals with protein smoothies and protein bars have replaced candy bars inky diet. But the veggies that are a major factor in my diet are fresh.🙋🏻
