If I don't hit 180lbs tomorrow I will consider it a victory :)
Friday I will be back to 'no solid food' fasting.
It's really that simple. "Controlling myself" when I start eating doesn't work. Fasting does work. So, tomorrow Thanksgiving is over and I need to go back to fasting.
Today I will hit the gym for weights and I 'may' also do a run afterwards. I do not expect any weight loss, I just want my body to realize it has to something other than 'sock away fat for the winter' :)
This pushup challenge started by @Cb1006 is really starting to kick-my-A$$… in a good way :) There is no way I would have stuck to doing this without this "Challenge" staring me in the face every time I log into Fat Secret to enter my weigh-in. If you are not part of any "Challenges" I recommend them.
