I've seen my weight fluctuate 4 lbs up/down overnight. Water weights a lot. Foods with little calories but lots of liquid weigh a lot to. I pay no attention to other scales. I figure if mine's wrong, so be it. I only pay mind to my morning weigh-in when I'm wearing only my night shirt. Until I wake up AT the doctor office in my nightshirt and stagger to the scale there it's who cares.

I have two scales that vary by half to 2 pounds in the space of 1 minute.

Just pick a SCALE and stay with it. These are not Federal gold standard scales. You need to weigh at one given place consistently. Even your doctor’s scale is just a scale. That scale counts only as a comparison with what you weighed last time you went— and even then, different clothes, different time of day, etc.

two scales at home in each bathroom each are off by 2 lbs. Doctors scales since they use them to weigh several people each day will tend to be off by 5lbs.
