Just got done setting up for the state fair... on the way back to the office, a moment of weakness... 756 calories and 25 grams of carbs later (ugh)!

life happens To all of us We are still learning Look at it as a tiny part of the big scheme of things You're doing great Record it Then learn from it... Were u hungry at a particular time of day/ favourite food/ the smell of the food/ who were u with?/ do you normally eat burgers at the fair?? Occasional cheats are OK...sometimes they can spur us to get back on track. Use it for good and prove to yourself that you won't crumble at the first bump in the road.

@ScottH - true, true @poppycom - I was hungry for lunch, don't normally go to fair (work-related, we have a booth there), when I do I do not eat fair food, coworker was driving company car and I was passenger @ceciofal and @sandyeg - will do

Oh thank goodness. I was afraid you were going to wag your fingers at me for hitting around 25g/day net carbs the last few days. I believe that we shall, nonetheless, survive and prosper.

Well I ate teriyaki chicken and don't know the calories or carbs. Guess the scale tomorrow will give me a clue. Tomorrow's a new day. I'm back with it tonight. Just uncomfortable not knowing
