WALMART VISIST TODAY..goood sunday morning..got my list made out for walmart..not much on it..having gotten off the candy..sure made a difference to the bill along with several other things i use to get at walmart..its so nice just buying whats on the list an not having my hands sneak other things into the basket..i no longer go down the candy aisle..noting on it i need..broke a bad habit i had had for 50 some years...hard to believe i had been a sugar addict that long..but so nice to be sugar free..well almost whether you put it in healthy food or not..just some things naturally have it..

did 2 rides yesterday to get my 21 plus miles..yes i can tell it today..right on my sit bones..but another ride today is planned..might not be 20 miles but as many as i can tolerate..even went thru my padded riding shorts yesterday and found a pair that had gel in the padding..that did help some..lol..when you take time off from riding on a road bike or probably any bike thats all part of it..getting your butt broke back in to finding that sweet spot in the saddle..guess i havent found that spot yet..

still tweaking my food menu each day to hit my macros..getting more use to what i can or cant have..biggest problem for me is the days i take off..are the days i need to watch food intake more..no workout less calories..not alot less..but no protein shakes..even though i could drink them everyday cause i like the way i make them now..taste like a healthy milk shake..using the heavy whipped cream..add the protein an just a bit of water..not much..just enough so you can get the shake outta the glass...lol..other wise..to thick..now..if you add bananas that you cut up an place in freezer..an i thaw them out in microwave just enough to take chill off..so i can puree them ..an add them..its gonna take alittle more water..but o man is that shake good..

yes i guess im hungry..daily fast is coming to an end again for a few hours in my eating window..eating window is usually between 5am and 11am..unless i get the urge to snack on cheese i make into cheese its..my bordom food i have replaced candy with..getting ready to weigh in one more time before i get my tea latte an play some solitair as i drink it...can hear the wind blowing outside..suppose to be in 50s today again..but really windy..

WELL HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY..ONCE YOU FIND A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOUR BODY AND YOUR MIND..JUST A MATTER OF TWEAKING IT TIME TO TIME..

back from walmart..bout chicken breasts for weekly prep...bout my heavy cream..gotta have that..cheese for the cheese its i bake..didnt need that much really...nice going to walmart an almost able to get it all in 2 or 3 bags now...

Lol just did a walmart trip yesterday, I actually did get some healthy items as well. The produce section was really good as far as fresh and everything in good condition. I spent $196, but that usually last me a month and two weeks for majority of groceries and misc items

I wish I could get all of my weekly shopping in a few bags. LOL! It really is nice to shop with a list. It really does help break old habits. Most of them, anyway.
