I feel more optimistic today - the Idiot Boxes are averaging 161.6 so I might hit my August 19th goal consistently. I have seen 159 before but it did not stick. I am excited for my buddies Debra and Andee. They encourage me today! It is about sticking to my plan and eating EXACTLY what I plan to eat - especially on weekends!
