I've joined a challenge. 12 pounds in 28 days. The last challenge I did was the 2 avocado a day for a week. It was easy peasy, and totally AWESOME YUM, lol. Thinking maybe I need the added "push" of being held accountable. Starts in 2 days if anyone else is interested!
