So, here are my Mid-week Musings. I am reading FS journals today about commitment and change...those who rise up and do it, those who struggle but with effort, and those who struggle without real commitment to change.
ANYTHING WORTHWHILE IS DIFFICULT! If it was easy, everyone would have control and be successful but it is not that way. Change takes effort with a plan, intent, and execution!
What is your plan to change and have success? If you follow it, you can succeed! Make a plan today!
CURRENT GOALS: March/April * Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 1 * Bodyfat at 27% by May 1 * Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 9%(or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily * Consume more fiber within the daily NET carbs macro * Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights * Continue HIIT during cardio work * Do the “crab” move by May 1 – I know what this means!
LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016 * Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%) * Idiot Box in 150's (85-90lbs lost) * Increased strength and flexibility
