You are sneaky! Cottage cheese in the eggs instead of milk or cream to get the protein up??? Brilliant! I'm going to do this. Do you like the cheese in the burger? I miss that cheesy pull having it inside.

I also add Greek yogurt to my scrambled eggs. usually 1 tsp per egg. I use my immersion blender to make the eggs fluffy!

@Jenjabba…the cheese made a crispy outer crust and gooey inside. Delicious. I haven’t cooked my burger meat like that in a while but I will do it this way again. Most of the time, I don’t add cheese so it was a nice treat!

Yes, the cottage cheese is for added fat & protein. :)

Also try adding extra firm tofu to your scramble. No one would ever guess it’s there. My BF does t. He won’t even try tofu but thinks I make the best scrambled eggs he has ever eaten. What he doesn’t know won’t hurt him.
