Next week I start the single digit count down! Crazy to think I'm 30 weeks pregnant already 😬😅
Anyways, I've been big on squatting and pelvic floor muscle exercises. Pregnancy insomnia has been pretty bad, but I notice my energy picks up after a light workout.
Also, today I had my maternity shoot, can't wait to get those photos back.
I hope y'all are doing well and reaching your goals 🤍
