Nice weather is back…slept with windows open last night…54 right now..but in 80s later this day…soaked sun yesterday…was nice..with alittle breeze…
Might be a light day of workout today…did walk half a hall..and down stairs..but returned on elevator…right knee puffy…gotta listen to body today…and just do upper body workout..

Good morning! It is another beautiful day! It was lovely to be out yesterday and will get out again. A little yard work needs done so will get in some FUNctional fitness. After coffee, of course!☕️☕️ Happy your weather is nice and windows up. It was great to open mine again. Sorry to hear about your knee.
